Hans A. Kessler - President & CEO
Educated in Switzerland, Hans holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to coming to the US, he was a design engineer with Swiss Aluminum, Ltd., in Zürich, Switzerland. He was also contracted by Union Carbide to design and implement complex process control applications. His strong technical background combined with extensive project management and years of applied computer process control in diverse environments are the foundation for CUSTOM SYSTEMS success.
Shaolin Hu - Sr. Analyst
Shaolin has been educated in China and the United States. He holds a Masters Degree in Systems Engeneering from Case and has been a loyal employee of Custom Systems since 1992. His technology and coding knowhow is key to many succesful projects delivered by Custom Systems. We can always count on his ability to make the impossible possible.
Shiela Flores - Project Management
Shiela joined our team in 2000 after she transferred from our Philippine subsidiary to Cleveland. Her accounting degree trained Shiela the disciplines necessary to be a detail oriented project manager. Her technical and communication skills make her one of the most sought after contacts within Custom Systems.
Ken Pearce - Support Analyst
Ken manages our Support Desk since 1998. In this role he supports all our products world-wide. Our customers truly appreciate the patience and calmness with which Ken handles his daily challenges. Ken never jumps to conclusions and always resolves any inquiry or issue to customer’s full satisfaction.
